HOW WE WORK

 

During our initial consultation we will discuss your requirements, offer advice and guidance and also look over a range of samples to suit your needs.  We will also take basic measurements for estimation purposes.  

 

Following the meeting we will send you a detailed no-obligation quotation for your consideration, and should you wish to go ahead, we return to take detailed measurements, finalise fabrics, poles and other accessories as desired.

 

Our traditional made to measure window dressings and soft furnishings usually take a maximum of 8 weeks from the start of the process to installation.  Our express curtains and blinds usually take up to a maximum of 4 weeks.

 

Our installation service is provided by professional and experienced fitters.

Having learnt how to make high quality bespoke window dressings and soft furnishings from her mother while working in her business, Donna branched out on her own in 2004 slowly building her excellent reputation for quality workmanship and service.  In 2016, what was Donna Nile Peck Interiors merged with a well established Hampshire based business Amanda Barratt Window Dressings, and launched as Nile Interiors.  In 2020 the business moved into a new shop in Southampton, encompassing a shop, design studio and workshop on one site.

SEAMSTRESSES

 

A team of experienced and skilled seamstresses work alongside Donna undertaking  a wide variety of projects for private residential customers, commercial clients and Interior designers.  The wealth of knowledge and expertise shared between the team has been invaluable.

CURTAIN AND BLIND FITTERS

 

We have a number of excellent fitters experienced in fitting a wide range of window dressings hardware including tracks, poles, headrails and pelmets.  ensuring all installations run smoothly and reach a more than satisfactory conclusion.
